Deep Water

I have a phobia of deep water. I learned how to swim as a child but was never very good at it. So whilst Im in my push the boundaries era I thought I would give it another go. I was scared to death. When I got into the water, floating with my instructor there to guide me, to my absolute surprise I found myself swimming with ease. These phobias have held me back in recent years but I am determined to beat them and take the power back. Ive only had two lessons so far but my confidence is building so much every time and I think in a month I will be swimming without the float. Seeing myself progress and get stronger every week in boxing, gym and swimming shows how far Ive come from the girl in a coma, brain dead. If anyone ever says you can’t do it, prove them wrong!

Life Death And Sweet Potato

I was told I wouldn’t make it. That I’d never walk, never see, never rebuild my life. They were wrong.

This book is my story—the raw, unfiltered truth of surviving trauma, fighting for a second chance, and proving that no matter how far you fall, you can rise again.

If you’ve ever struggled, if you’ve ever been told you can’t, this is for you.
